Tracking Your Order

PLEASE be sure to enter a correct email address when you place your order.
An email will be sent to you when the order ships, which will contain your order number and tracking number.

If you do not receive an email for some reason, you may still follow these steps to track your order:

WEB ORDERS: Click Here to go to the UPS Tracking page to track "by Reference Number." In the Reference Number field on the UPS site, simply enter the (shipping) zip code that you used when placing your web order, then the order number that our online shopping program gave you, with NO spaces...(for example: 2457486523). Click the "Track" button -- it's that simple!
(Some orders ship via FedEx, and very light (less than 1 lb.) orders may ship USPS. In that case, you would follow these steps on the FedEx tracking website, or the USPS tracking website).

ORDERS THAT ARE PHONED IN: Click Here to go to the UPS Tracking page to track "by Reference Number." In the Reference Number field on the UPS site, enter the (shipping) zip code that you used when placing your phoned-in order, then the order (or claim) number that our Customer Service rep. gave you, with NO spaces...(for example: 2457486523). Click the "Track" button -- again, it's that simple!

CANADIAN ORDERS ship via FedEx. Please see www.fedex.com/ca_english/ or www.fedex.com/ca_french for information on shipping and tracking.

Note: If you do not have this information, you may call (800) 245-6489 and we can find and track your order for you...
but if you have this information, please keep it handy, it can save you time if you track your order yourself.
